The Mere Golf Resort & Spa creates 100 new jobs for the North West ahead of hotel opening in March 2012
The Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Knutsford, Cheshire has announced a recruitment drive which will see the creation of 100 new positions across the business.
In March 2012 following a period of redevelopment, The Mere will open as a luxury resort, offering world class event facilities, golf course and spa along with a new build hotel comprising of 81 rooms including suites and 3 dining options across the resort.
A variety of roles including Head Concierge, Night Manager and Rooms Division Manager are currently being recruited for as several new departments will be put in place ahead of the hotel launch. There will also be a number of positions across Food & Beverage to support the new restaurants.
Two recruitment open days for potential candidates will be held at The Mere, the first will be on November 14th to recruit for Front of House positions followed by December 5th for Food & Beverage positions, including Chefs.
The recruitment drive will see The Mere’s current team expand from 130 to 230.
