Swimming
The Mere is host to a spectacular 20m indoor swimming pool as well as a large hydrotherapy pool complete with sunken loungers and massage jets. Whether it's a few gentle lengths before a steam or serious lane swimming as part of your cardio-vascular workout, it's heaven for anyone who enjoys a nice swim.
Thermal Zone
Beside the pool we have a selection of rest and recuperation facilities including a Relaxation Terrace, Hamam Room, Sauna, Salt Room, Steam Room and a Caldarium - a typical Roman hot room to help our members relax after a workout or Spa treatment. From the pool you can access both the male and female changing rooms where you will find a steam room and further relaxation areas.
Changing Rooms
Our smart and spacious changing rooms allow our members to comfortably relax and refresh. After your exercise or in the health club or Spa session, enjoy our power showers and stream room. Refresh with our hair dryers and complimentary towels and toiletries and relaxation area with magazines and newspapers. During your visit to The Mere Health
Club & Spa your items will stay secure in our complimentary personal lockers. There is direct access from the changing rooms to our fabulous 20m swimming pool and poolside facilities.
